Coriander, red chilli, toor dal, urad dal, fenugreek, salt, curry leaves and asafoetida.

How to Prepare
- Cook toor dal and your choice of vegetables until soft.
- Add approximately 3 tablespoons of Alive Sambar Powder.
- Add water and salt as required, then mix well.
- Simmer for 3-5 minutes until the flavours combine.
- Temper mustard seeds, curry leaves and dried chillies in oil.
- Add the tempering to the sambar, mix and serve hot.
