Welcome to Alive Foods (Paul's Alive Foods & Lis Pickle) ("we," "our," "us"), operated by Evergreen Products. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website alivefoods.in (the "Site") and any purchase you make from us. By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. About Us
Alive Foods (Paul's Alive Foods & Lis Pickle) makes traditional spice powders (Paul's Alive Foods) and pickles & chutneys (Lis Pickle, "A Mother's Recipe") using time-tested family recipes and quality ingredients. 2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or using the Site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian, to place an order.
3. Products
- We make every effort to display our products, including colour, texture and packaging, as accurately as possible. As our masalas and pickles are made in small batches using traditional methods and natural ingredients, slight variations in colour, texture, spice level and consistency between batches are natural characteristics of handmade food and not considered defects.
- Product images are for illustrative purposes; actual packaging or fill level may vary slightly.
- All products carry a best-before date printed on the pack. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or correct pricing/description errors at any time without prior notice.
4. Orders and Payment
- By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraudulent activity.
- Payments are processed securely through Shopify's payment gateway and trusted third-party payment processors. We do not store your full card details on our servers.
- All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹/INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise at checkout.

6. Returns and Refunds
As we sell food products, please refer to our Return and Refund Policy for details on eligibility and process — for food-safety reasons, opened or consumed products cannot be returned.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site — including the Paul's Alive Foods and Lis Pickle names, logos, recipes, product photography and text — is the property of Evergreen Products and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission.
8. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the Site for any unlawful purpose.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.
- Post or transmit harmful, offensive, or infringing content through the Site.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Evergreen Products shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or products purchased, including but not limited to natural batch-to-batch variation in taste, colour or spice level, or delays caused by third-party couriers.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kottayam, Kerala.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
