2. Delivery Timelines
Standard delivery time is 3–7 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on your location within India. Remote or non-serviceable areas may take slightly longer.
Note: Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
3. Shipping Charges
- Free shipping on orders above ₹499.
- A flat shipping fee applies to orders below ₹499, calculated and displayed at checkout before payment.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email/SMS to monitor your shipment's progress.
5. Shipping Locations
We currently ship across India. For international shipping enquiries (including the UK), please contact us at alivefoods.support@gmail.com before placing your order to confirm serviceability and charges.
6. Packaging
As our products are food items in glass jars and sealed pouches, we use sturdy, protective packaging designed to keep products fresh and prevent leakage or breakage during transit. If your order arrives damaged, please refer to our Return and Refund Policy.
7. Failed Delivery Attempts
If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address or unavailability, our courier partner may attempt redelivery or return the package to us. Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.
